PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

K.C. Bouchillon is double board certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in Civil Trial and Business Litigation. Fewer than 100 of Florida’s 100,000 attorneys hold this distinction. He has a long history of litigating on behalf of trucking companies and other businesses in commercial, contract, personal injury, and other areas of civil litigation. He has also represented insurance companies and insureds in coverage and property damage cases. K.C. selectively represents plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases as well.

In addition to his board certifications, the Florida Supreme Court has certified K.C. as a circuit civil mediator. He is a past chairman of the 10th Judicial Circuit’s Professionalism Committee and past president of the Willson American Inns of Court.
