PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

As Special Counsel of Cargo Claims, Lauren Feldman specializes in the defense and subrogation of cargo claims. Her practice focuses on complex coverage analysis and the resolution of insurance disputes within the transportation industry. Prior to joining Taylor Nelson Slattery Bernard PL, Lauren gained valuable insight while working in-house for a third-party logistics corporation. She also has experience handling first-party property insurance matters. This unique background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of transportation operations, risk management, and the complexities of claims handling. Lauren leverages this experience to effectively advise clients on insurance coverage, mitigate potential liabilities, and vigorously defend against cargo claims. Lauren earned her J.D. and undergraduate degree in Finance and Business Law from Stetson University. Lauren lives in South Tampa with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and horseback riding.
