PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

Andrew Freibert is a commercial litigator representing businesses in complex civil disputes. Prior to joining the Firm, his practice spanned commercial contract and property disputes, high-exposure consumer-protection class actions, construction defect matters, professional liability claims, and labor and employment disputes. He has handled freight-loss claims under the Carmack Amendment and defended an emerging property-technology company across a series of regulatory enforcement actions seeking to shutter the novel business model.

He combines rigorous preparation with inventive strategy to build arguments from the ground up, achieving results even in factually difficult, high-stakes matters where the law is still catching up to a client’s business. Beyond litigation, he counsels clients on contract terms and business decisions to reduce risk before disputes arise.

Andrew received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Sewanee, the University of the South.

A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Andrew now lives in Jacksonville, Florida. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, live music, good food, and good company.
