PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

Travis Swanson is an associate attorney serving in the firm’s litigation and corporate practice groups. Prior to joining Taylor Nelson Slattery Bernard, Travis’ practice focused on general civil litigation, including third-party insurance defense dealing with personal injury, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. He is also skilled in employment law, advising clients on employment contracts, discrimination issues, wrongful termination, and other aspects related to the workplace and employer-employee relationship.

Travis received his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida.

Travis lives in Jacksonville, Florida and enjoys playing golf, tennis, and fishing in his free time.
