PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

Harrison Hanks is an associate attorney offering extensive legal expertise in transportation, safety and risk management, and contractual disputes. He believes in proactive risk management as key to prevention and finds it rewarding to guide clients in this area. A skilled litigator, Harrison excels in defending clients in court, and has handled numerous types of cases from catastrophic injuries to commercial disputes. Prior to joining Taylor Nelson, Harrison worked at a large regional insurance defense firm managing complex matters including premises liability, and automative liability. He also uses his prior experience in family law to better emphasize and achieve the best possible results for every single client.

Harison graduated from Mercer University School of Law. During his time at Mercer University, he was an active member in the competitive trial advocacy program in helping restore it to national prominence. He received his undergraduate degree in History from Auburn University, where he can be found in the fall cheering on the football team.

Harrison lives in Atlanta, Georgia. In his free time he enjoys working out, cheffing up new recipes, playing basketball and hoping to one day publish his own fantasy book series.
