Taylor Johnson PL announces an expansion of its industry insider attorney team and a new office in Jacksonville, a critical Florida port, with the addition of Mike Williams. Mike is an industry veteran, having served on the executive teams at several logistics and trucking firms and as in-house counsel for over 20 years. Mike’s 25 years of experience as an attorney and in the industry brings a wealth of transportation knowledge in corporate transactions and structuring, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and insurance coverage.

Mike has distinguished his professional career both as an adept attorney and business leader. He has represented and advised clients in the purchase or sale of businesses, commercial contracts, asset recovery, taxation, risk management and loss control practices, employment practices, insurance programs, and business litigation. His focus now is to impart his many years of legal experience and business management counsel to the clients of Taylor Johnson.

Mike is a member of the Florida Bar, Transportation Lawyers Association, the Transportation and Logistics Council, the Transportation Club of Jacksonville, and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
