PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

Michael “Mike” P. Williams is an accomplished industry professional with 25+ years of combined legal and executive management experience leading freight transportation and logistics organizations. Mike’s experience uniquely positions him to understand the myriad of challenges facing clients.

Mike assists clients with the development and administration of transportation contracts for shippers, motor carriers, and intermediaries. He works with employers to craft responsible agreements and restrictive covenants. He has experience in handling buy/sell agreements, disputes involving freight damage claims, freight invoice collections, motor truck accidents involving personal injury and property damage, regulatory compliance in employment matters, finance/banking relationships, insurance and risk programs, vendor carrier relations, and corporate governance and shareholder agreements.
